We are still delivering, however for safety reasons relating to COVID-19 deliveries are only being dropped outside the home (no longer offering a room of choice delivery option) and customers are not being made to sign for their goods.

Our unique shipping calculator will accuracy confirm delivery costs based from our warehouse at £2.75 per mile for up to a 50 mile radius and £2.44 per mile for distances greater than 50 miles.

Under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as a consumer you have the right to cancel your order with AliView Ltd within 14 days of the original order date without a given reason.
Any order placed for made-to-measure items, including blinds, cannot be canceled.
Products must be received by us at the address: AliView Ltd, Unit 1, Peter Street, Blackburn, BB1 5LH, no later than 14 days after the date of the original cancellation enquiry.
If when unpacking the product(s) and within 72 hours of delivery you find that there is a manufacturing fault or missing part then you can contact our customer service department on 01254 959004 and they will send out replacement parts, no need to return the full set.
